Theatre LibGuide: Articles

Where do I search for journal articles?

The library "catalog" is something known as a "discovery tool" called WorldCat Discovery. Use the Search box to the right, or click here for the library's home page to access the same search box. You can use keyword terms to discover articles, books, and media items. You can also directly access theatre specific databases, listed and detailed below.

Suggested Databases for Literature

These are suggested databases for finding articles on theatre topics. Click on the name to be redirected to the database. For help with searching, or using the databases, use the Chat Reference Help link in the box to the right, or contact the Reference desk by email or phone (in the Ask a Librarian box, also to the right).

A full listing of the library’s databases is available at http://kml.uindy.edu/databases
