Each librarian at KML is responsible for working with different departments on their needs. You can look up our librarians here to find contact information.
The library has provided a basic Libguide to cover each academic discipline. We can create additional guides on demand. We are able to make subject specific guides, guides to cover special topics (like the 2024 solar eclipse), or we can create a guide specifically geared towards your individual class. To request a Libguide, contact the relevant subject liaison for more information.
Physical reserve items may be placed at the library for your courses. We can place library-owned materials or personal copies on reserve. This limits the check out period to a length you choose (typically 2 hours), giving more students the opportunity to access the material.
Use the online Reserve Request Form, or visit the library in person to fill out a paper form. If you are placing personal copies on reserve, you will need to drop those off at the front desk.
The library has many amenities that are useful for faculty and students. Among those are the Perk III coffee shop, Writing Lab, Faculty Academy, and University Archives.
There are many rooms available to reserve on the first, second and third floors of the library.
